The University of New England offers a range of study abroad opportunities. Under the auspices of the Center for International Education, UNE promotes the goals of international cooperation and understanding through rigorous academic programs, overseas study opportunities, student-faculty research projects and a host of special programs designed to address current issues in international relations and cultural studies.

The University of New England has partnered with Tecnológico de Monterrey in Cuernavaca, Mexico to offer UNE students a unique semester abroad. Students will study Spanish, Mexican history and culture, and complete UNE's core curriculum citizenship requirement during Spring Semester 2010.
